With free Wi-Fi, modern amenities,we provide everything you need for a stress-free stay. Important Feature:

 

A Pass is required for access to the leisure complex ( pool, gym and the clubhouse ). and can be obtained from reception at an additional cost,there may be a free pass if you are only eating and drinking in the clubhouse if they are open in the quite season. Grounds and the beach do not require a pass.  Please note that you will need a pass if you want to play Bingo.

Caravan very well equipped and comfortable. The musty smell on arrival could have been due to caravan being closed up for a while. Best thing was the overall small size of the caravan park so didn’t feel busy and the nearness of the caravan to the beach...about 10 steps!

Norman's holiday home exceeded all of our
expectations. Clean, comfortable and basically just on the beach in Pevensey. Also a short walk to Pevensey Bay and to Sovereign Harbour. I cannot recommend this holiday home enough. Thank you Norman and Julie.

A perfect, beach retreat - what a find! 😀 - We’ve stayed at the holiday park before, but the location of this caravan was just perfect! Plus we had the added flexibility of being able to book any duration for our stay (rather than being limited booking direct with holidays sites themselves). It’s literally on the door step of the beach and seconds away from all of the site’s facilities - it really was wonderful. We had some lovely, friendly communication with the owners beforehand. Instructions on arrival, getting the key and an abundance of information about the caravan, the facilities and the local area were provided. Nothing seemed too much trouble! The caravan was really clean, had loads of extras inside. The WiFi was such a great addition too! The location of the site is very close to Eastbourne where there’s so much for the whole family. Nearby Hastings is also worth a trip! A few minutes away is Sovereign Harbour which is a must - full of restaurants, bars and amazing views of the boats. We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect retreat A last minute booking, along with shocking weather, but it was just perfect. Warm and cosy and right on the beach, crashing waves, lovely dog walks, watched some seals swimming and so peaceful. Great facilities, very clean, good Internet and excellent communication with Norman.
